roast turkey breast lightly basted with garlic, rosemary & olive oil
served with fresh broccoli, glazed carrots, savoy cabbage, rosemary roast potatoes
pigs in blankets, stuffing, a rich homemade gravy & cranberry sauce

a thick rasher of our own slow cooked pork belly, pan fried & brushed with bbq sauce
served with french fries, corn on the cob & homemade coleslaw

diced brisket of beef slow cooked with fresh chillies, onions, peppers & tomatoes
served on penne pasta with a dollop of soured cream

salmon in a crayfish sauce
