roast turkey breast basted with garlic, rosemary & olive oil served with fresh broccoli, glazed carrots, savoy cabbage, rosemary roast potatoes pigs in blankets, stuffing, cranberry sauce & a rich homemade gravy

chunks of fresh scottish salmon & broccoli in a creamy white sauce tossed with penne pasta, a little parmesan & a pinch of freshly chopped parsley

cajun beef chilli
